Welcome to the Residents of Whitetail Ridge Association!

This group is designed for members of the WTR Association community to share local information, promote events, exchange ideas, and encourage positive, neighborly discussions.

This group is administered by volunteers who are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for everyone. Administrators reserve the right to remove posts or block users who do not follow these guidelines or violate Facebook’s policies.

Community Guidelines

Our goal is to foster a close, inclusive community with members of all ages. Please ensure that all posts and comments are appropriate and respectful.

We welcome posts such as wildlife sightings, community events, neighborhood news and photos of your own family. Please avoid posting images of others without their consent, as they may value their privacy.

  • Be respectful and constructive.
    Please communicate professionally when commenting or raising concerns. Content that is inappropriate, disrespectful, or unnecessary will be removed.

  • Keep posts relevant to the community.
    This group is for WTR Association and neighborhood-related topics only. Discussions unrelated to the community (such as national politics) should be shared elsewhere.

  • No selling or solicitation.
    This group may not be used to sell items or services, including through private messages to members. Posting FREE items that could be helpful to another community member is okay.

  • Guidelines may be updated.
    Administrators may modify or add to these rules at any time as needed.

  • Post content that is offensive, obscene, unlawful, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate.

  • Share external links to other pages or websites. For safety reasons, links are not permitted; however, copying and pasting text is acceptable.

  • Share personal contact information publicly within the group.

  • Use the group to bully, harass, intimidate, or target other members.

  • Post content that violates another person’s rights, including privacy, intellectual property, or applicable laws.

  • Engage in trolling or intentionally provoke arguments.
